The new generation of S1 sets new standards in the de-powdering and cleaning of additively manufactured parts. The smart plug-and-play solution impresses with numerous innovative features, coupled with user-friendly and flexible operation for highly efficient and reliable processing with consistently high quality.
Beside an automatic or optional manual shot blasting, the S1 enables the automatic and effective removal of residual powder after the printing. The constant rotation of the work pieces during the cleaning process ensures repeatable and consistent shot blasting results without damaging the work piece surface.
